Disgusted with the level of service

I have complained to Mercedes Benz Sa about the service i have received from Constantia Kloof. Their response has been equally poor, actually pathetic to say the least. its amazing when you service a car that you are greeted by a dozen people, offered coffee, but you cannot find a manager who can assist when you have an issue. you send thousands of rand to be told that they service a vehicle by elimination of process when actually all that was required was to tighten a loose bolt. Absolutely thieving and disgusting.
