Disgusted Service

I have brought a C class car few years ago from Umhlanga ,I have purchased 2 previous car prior from this branch before, the car was serviced on time and was running well, in Jan of this year, the motor plan expired, the car went to service in Jan, during June, the service light turn on, then I took the car to the branch to get service, which costed 8 ********** , now this month Sept, the car just stopped working, now the service is priced at 12000, it have now 2 weeks gone, no replacement car/help what so ever , the branch required us to pay everything upfont to get the repair done I WILL NOT GET ANYMORE CAR/SERVICE FROM MERCEDES ANYMORE, POOR AND DISGUSTED SERVICE EVER, SERVICE PERSON/MANAGER OFFER NO SERVICE AT ALL
