Disgruntled mercedes benz *****

I drive a Mercedes benz v250d 2019 model and I just clocked 42000km. My problem is the noise I'm getting everytime I apply my brakes both front and rear I've taken it to my nearby dealers i.e mercurius motors both Polokwane and Tzaneen more than 5 times with the same problem but I'm always told i"t is dust that is causing the problem,my brake pads are in good conditioning "but not even a kilometer from the dealer I experience the very same problem

Whenever I try to call back and explain my problem, I'm told mercedes benz won't pay for the brakes if they replace them because my brake pads are still in a good condition but it's very embarrassing to drive such a classy car with that noise everytime you stop at a traffic light and my main problem is I don't feel safe traveling long distance with a car which was bought for that purpose.

And to be frank, I'm driving my 4th mercedes benz now
