Disappointing Service Mercedes Pinetown

Had the worst service experience at Merc Benz Pinetown! Had a problem with the electronics on One of my windows; which couldn’t be controlled from the drivers seat. I booked my car in and the guy told me it would take about 1 and a half hours to complete! I also asked to have it evaluated. I wait there for close to 2 hours and he comes back telling me they need to order a certain part which would only arrive from Jhb in 3 days! And he joyfully tells me that however my car is in the car wash it should be ready in half an hour. I ask him; the same amount of time you told me the car would be ready by you come and tell me that basically nothing has been done on it and I would have to wait another 3 days to get it fixed, but your car will be clean ma’am???????? I wait another hour for it to be washed and he hands me the key. So i basically spent 3 hours just to get my car washed at Mercedes Benz???!!!??? What am I going to do with a clean broken car! And no evaluation was done on it, he said he thought someone had assisted me with that! Very disappointed with the service at THIS dealership!!!!
