Disappointing Service From Mercedes Benz Umhlanga/ Pinetown

<p>I am hoping that other Mercedes Benz owners are not having the bad after sales service that i am experiencing. i have a c class & it has a few problems which i addressed with the dealership in Pinetown & Umhlanga and i have not had any joy, so i decided to write to the Head Office in Pretoria. i sent an email to the customer service dept as directed. </p> <p>A week had gone by, & no reply. i had to send an email to follow up that they were attending to me.<br />I then received an email acknowledging one of the faults and that they were recording the fault for future reference. i am not sure what this means, and the rest of the faults were not mentioned.</p> <p><br />it is rather disappointing that the after sales does not match up to the Brand as it is after all one of the best brands in the world and i don't think that the HQ in Germany and their shareholders are aware of the poor after sales service as this cannot be in line with their company values.</p>
