Disappointing service

<p>I have a 2013 C200 (50000Km on the clock) After 18 months (approx. 25000Km) the paint on one of the buttons on the steering wheel began to peel off. It was reported to the agent and rectified satisfactorily. </p> <p>Now after a further 18 months the same button is peeling again (and now also on the door handle controls) This time Mercedes head office say it's wear and tear and refuse to do anything. </p> <p>I just feel this is not a low cost vehicle, and for this to happen after such a short period is disappointing to say the least. </p> <p>The local agent say it's out of their hands and I have had no response to an email sent to Mercedes Support. </p>
