Disappointing, pathetic service from Mercedes Benz

Ever since we got an accident with Mercedes Benz it has been drama after drama with them, that we don't even get to enjoy the car. Recently I simply ask for a statement because its has been 7 months now but nothing, they take me pillar to post... Just for a statement. I requested the statement to be sent to *** a while back, even today I am still waiting, just for a statement. I am not happy with the service offered, its has really been a disaster and disappointing. Ricka Seakamela, Mildred Masango don't even read their mails, they just forward them and its been a while sine they have been doing that.
