disappointed and broke

I just want to bring to your attention my disgust with the manner in which mercedez in Pietermaritzburg has handled my matter. On the 13th of March 2016 my car started showing me a sign that there was something wrong with my engine. I took it to Mercedes bent the following day at 16h00 where I wa advised to arrange a date for bringing it for repairs. T ABOUT 17HOO MY CAR COULD not start. It was then towed to Mercedes on the 15th of March at 08h00 in the morning. I have been phoning driving there and sending people to try to get them to give a diagnosis and a quote. This is the 16th day of waiting and I have had to hire a car. I must mention that the service I got from a lady service officer left a lot to be desired. I then opted to deal with somebody else. I'm broken broken and disappointed. I used to score them 10 every time they called me after the service but I now give them a -100. Please intervene on my behalf
