Disappointed

I am so disappointed with mercedes benz I bought the car from them in June 2015 for the first time after its been reported to be a good brand. Saturday I attended a baby shower and parked my car across the road from where we were all sitting before the event started. I just heard a breaking glass and it was my car rearview window breaking out of the blue. I notified mercedes and they told me they can't take responsibility for something that is clearly a factory fault. They say it has never happened to any of their cars therefore they can't take responsibility. I'm really disappointed. Would never buy a car from them again.<br>
