Dent on brand new Mercedes A200 and poor service delivery.

I purchased a Mercedes A200 from Mercurius motors Tzaneen. Sales manager- Yogi Naidoo. Dealer Principle- Ridhwaan Jeewa.
I took delivery on the 05 April 2017, from Jeep Cargo motors Edenvale. This is where it went downhill. When it arrived from Tzaneen, they did not follow protocol as no inspection was done nor was I provided any guidance on the functions of the car. No delivery checklist was done, I did not know a delivery checklist exists till it was sent to me two weeks later which I refused to sign as none of the checks were done.
The next day, a dent was noticed. The smash and grab on the right hand back window also had bubbles. When I mentioned it to Yogi, he accused me of causing the dent and was rude to me from that day and I even requested for him to not call me anymore. Ridhwaan then assisted but refused a replacement car.
My car had to be taken to Jeep to be inspected, Bezil the sales manager agreed that the dent may actually be a factory fault, but when he called Ridhwaan he had a total different story. My car had to then go to Mercedes Bedfordview on Monday 10th April 2017 then to Renew it repair centre on the same day. Ridhwaan then gave me no option but to repair the brand new car. The car went to Renew it on the 13th April only to find that the repair was not done properly nor was the smash and grab done properly.
Jason from Jeep cargo had an attitude about it because he did not earn commission from the deal and they were so unhelpful at Jeep Cargo motors from delivery to when the car had to go for inspection and when the car went in for repairs and the smash and grab.
I then called Ridhwaan to tell him that the repair is not done properly and I want a courtesy car till my car gets fixed, he refused and put the phone down on me.
On the same day, I took it back to Renew it (Around 5pm before easter weekend). Only after being told by Warwick from Renew it that the dent is still a problem, did Ridhwaan arrange for the car to be booked in again.
The car went in yet again on the 20th April 2017. When my brother picked it up, there were fine scratches where the repair was done and the line from the dent was still not fixed. My brother had to wait up to an hour for them to buff the scratches out, yet they supposed to also be a Mercedes approved repair centre. They could not fix the dent after repairing it twice, they let the car go with it not being repaired properly and made scratches on the car.
I emailed Ridhwaan telling him of the situation of which he ignored. When I called him, he became defensive and rude over the phone and only gave me 3 options. One, to get it assessed by Mercedes which would of course take weeks to resolve. Two, cancel the deal or three, take a substitute car at a higher price. I could not believe that after all this inconvenience and sending my brand new car for repairs, they still wanted to inconvenience me and let me pay an additional cost.
The next day, 21st April 2017 I spoke to John White, director of the dealership. He was an absolute rude and arrogant man. He had no respect for me and told me straight that he will take his car back and sell it to someone else even after admitting to me that they did not follow protocol during delivery. He said to me that they sold the car at a loss to me, which is supposedly my fault now? When asked why they sold it to me at a loss, he could not answer. He insisted that it was my job to check my car because I purchased a R450 000 car. It’s not my job to do a quality check nor would I expect a brand new Mercedes out of all cars to come with a dent.
John White's attitude was pathetic and shocking considering he is supposed to be a director. He did not care that I was a customer or a lady and made me feel as if they did me a favour by selling the car.
During the 2 weeks I did have my car, I was not assisted by any of the sales people at the dealership. When I called in with questions about my car functions like car play and my maintenance documents, I never got assisted or called back. To date, they have also not apologised for the poor service.
They even forgot to register my car of which I had to remind them when my permit is expiring. John white even had an attitude about this, telling me that the registration is a small task that they will sort out. I paid for registration and license fees but I had to make the call to remind them??

I am so disappointed and shocked at the level of service I have received from a Mercedes Benz dealership and Imperial owned dealership. Both dealerships, Jeep cargo and Mercurius Tzaneen had given me bad service and I dealt with employees at a high level which is even more shocking.
Eventually, due the shocking service I received and arrogance from high people like John white, I decided to cancel my deal on the 21st of April 2017.

After all the inconvenience, disappointment, unhelpful and rude service I received it was not worth dealing with them anymore nor did they deserve my sale.
I now have no car and they expect me to purchase a substitute car at a higher price which is not acceptable.
In conclusion, I am disappointed in the level of service I received from an Imperial owned dealership as well as from a Mercedes dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle which had a probable defect/dent and it was not inspected when arrived in JHB from Tzaneen nor handed over properly to me. I did not even know the functions of the car as it was delivered to a Jeep Dealership. I am very appalled at the level of service received during the weeks that my car had to get repaired as well as the time and inconvenience this has caused.
