Delayed delivery

Mercedes Benz Pinetown can't provide answers to delays. My vehicle is awaiting parts arrival from Germany. I am told that these parts are stuck at South African Customs. Nobody can tell me what the problem is as well as who is resolving this dely. What happened to customer satisfaction?Today it is 1 week later than the eta. Customer care seems not interested and are being defensive. Dealer Principal is also defensive and not helping.
