Deceiving lack of communication

After complaining to the dealership about the service that I was unfairly charged for when I was not suppose to due to their lack of communication which they apologised for, my car , which was due for a 100 000kms service was serviced for a minor service and the service book never stamped until I insisted that it be stamped. only then I became aware that it was serviced for a minor service when it actually was confirmed to be due for a major service.<br> For a lay person like me to not be informed of what has been done and not done on the car could actually be *******, I will continue to drive the car until major damage is done, when I was not even made aware of? <br> Disgusting, and Incompetence. But I will fight
