Crisis at Mercedez Benz South Africa as they have no parts

Bough a brand new GLA 2022 model in June 2022 - had minor fender bender where on 19 October 2022 - car in to Insurance approved panel beater 20 October 2022 - It is now 26 January 2023 and my vehicle is still at the Panel Beater. Mercedes Benz South Africa do not have parts, do not know when parts will be available. They referred me back to the Warranty booklet - they cannot be held responsible. Offered me a hire car with a R10 000 hold deposit out of my pocket - hire car company did not offer full comprehensive insurance (which I am willing to take and pay for)why the R10 000 deposit? Phoned more than a dozen times - no solution to the parts crisis.....

Please be aware before you buy a brand new Mercedes as there are no parts and you be left with no vehicle.
