CRABBING ISSUE ON MERCEDES-BENZ GLC63S

My business partner and I purchased 2 x Mercedes Benz GLC63s SUV (brand new) in November 2018.

Total of 2 vehicles amounting to R3 million.

One is white and the other one is black.

One has 5,800km on the clock and the other has 10,000km on the clock.

Both cars are only 8 months old.

One has a 20 inch wheel and the other has a 21 inch wheel.

Both cars have 'crabbing' problems - which has caused the front tyres to lose their thread very quickly which is unacceptable.

Crabbing is a factory fault on GLC63s.

I have been liaising with the Mercedes dealer but they have advised that Mercedes SA is not prepared to replace the front tyres.

Dealer had the tyres inspected and did liaise with Mercedes-Benz SA to assist.

They came back saying they are not prepared to replace these tyres.

I asked Mercedes Benz SA to replace the front tyres on both these cars at Mercedes Benz cost because crabbing is a factory defect - google crabbing on GLC63s and read hundreds of complaints worldwide on this issue.

I am yet to receive feedback from them.

One would have expected better after sales service from AMG SA.
