Courtesy car with R40 000 excess

<p>I have been waiting for parts from germeny for more than a month because Mercedes-Benz Menlyn forgot to order one part. I still have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks because of their fault. mercedes admited that it is their faulty and promised to fast track the latest order from Germeny. I then requested that they assist me with a courtesy car while waiting for the parts. They arranged for the courtesy car on condition that I accept a R40 000 access. Why must I take that risk? R40 000 access is riduculous. And I did not put myself in this situation. It was Mercedes's mistake that i find myself without a car. I am not happy with Mercedes Menlyn's treatment. This is the same as they are not willing to assist me when they are the ones who put me in this situation.</p>
