Complain about software Mercedes benze

I bought a brand new car GLA *** model, now it has a multifunctional system. The radio switched on and off, rear camera is not working, the volumes of the car is high and cannot be controlled. The complain was registered on 19th of July 2021 and nothing has been done except empty promises of escalating the problem but no solution. Why should I be punished for buying a brand new car with a new technology, new software that cannot be fixed by the original company????. I am very disappointed, discouraged and frustrated by the service and their lack of good customer service. This is so unlike Mercedes benz I met in 2015.
