Class and efficiency with Mercedes Benz is a thing of the past.

When one thinks of Mercedes they think of class and efficiency, those seem to be the things of the past,if had 2 incidents stuck in the road naturally the car will give me an option to call Mercedes as it's programmed to do so,but both times I've gotten no help, my sos is non functional,I reported it, I was told they needed to order some part in Germany and they will call me back to this point I'm awaiting a phone call now from 3 different branches mind you this is now almost over a year the car showed me this warning.
