Cheated by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services

The above one-star rating is also too much for this company. I would rate this company as a Zero for the following reasons: My account statement from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services as at the 29 December 2024 showed that I had an outstanding balance of R 91.73 on the loan which I took to purchase a Mercedes Benz at the Bedfordview dealership. However, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services deducted the full amount of R 7164.98 from bank account on the 27/01/2025. Upon querying this with them on three occasions (with a person called Khanki, Nelly, and Mpho Raymond Ratshikombo) I was told that there was a system error and the company deducted the amount that was deducted each month as my contract terminated in January 2025. 1) My previous statements indicate that the amount due was in fact R 91.73. 2) The customer service agents are very unhelpful and have the attitude that there is nothing that they are willing to do to assist me. 3) They are indicating that I will not be refunded as the statement which I received was due to a system error. 4) This leaves me out of pocket of about R 7000. It is pathetic that such a huge conglomerate can cheat an individual like myself and get away with it. I have purchased 4 Mercedes Benz vehicles in the past. I am due to purchase another vehicle and I am totally put off against buying another Mercedes Benz because of the treatment that I am receiving. To date, no one has called me from this company.
