Charged for parts not fitted

I took my car for repairs to the dealership in Bryanston to repair a fanbelt and power steering problems. Only the fanbelt was fixed but not the power steering, even though I was charged for the parts. I took it back for the repairs to be completed but after the vehicle being with them for two days they did not make the repairs. The service advisor Jan was rude and dismissive of me and did not make any effort to treat me like a client. <br> I asked for a refund of the parts I was charged for and after a lengthy wait and ignoring my emails, they admitted in writing to charging for the parts that were not fitted. This is now more than 60 days later and I have had no refund. I want my money back which was basically ****** from me and I want other unsuspecting customers to know that this dealership is dishonest.
