Car wiper ****** on my car in their car

I took my car in for a maintenance repair, in November 2023 and due to a delay with the maintenance plan my car ended up staying there for a month and on receiving it back it was missing one wiper, and they told me they’d check their cameras, never got any feedback back it’s been raining most of December and Jan and been unable to drive the car because of the missing wiper, and had to go buy a new one which was a high charge of R1700. Not happy with their negligence.
