Car registration papers - poor service

I am extremely frustrated with Mercedes Benz Financial Services' poor service. I have requested my car registration papers for a car that I have paid off, and I am being sent from pillar to post. Initially I was told it takes 3-5 days, and subsequently I was told it's actually 10 working days to obtain the papers. Ten working days have now long elapsed, and still no papers, and no one is bothering to respond to my emails. I will never ever finance a vehicle through Mercedes Benz Financial Services, as when one has paid off their car, they care less about them...a simple thing like providing car registration papers demands so much fighting for.

I'm extremely disappointed!!!
