Car losing power, whole year 2022 car having the same failure

I am beyond disappointed.

I drive a Mercedes CLA my car whole of 2022 has been losing power, I have been in an out of dealers to sort car, car auto reset and reboot with no diagnosis

I drove to KZN car loss power after it had just been collected from the dealer 23rd Dec the very next day the 24th dec car is losing power and the recent two times it gives engine light

Car still on Motorplan

I have incurred cost on Uber and the discomfort of not getting to the bottom of this

Whole of year 2022 I am trying to get the car

3rd jan it is booked for repairs in Durban, how am I and my family going to go back to JHB
