Car Failing Brakes

Mercedes-Benz South Africa I bought a brand new C200 in the year 2023, it was the New Model of C200 and i must say it has been a nightmare, the first year was okay but now this car is showing me flames and it’s a threat to my life, it fails brakes suddenly I booked in Constantia Kloof more than four times for the same issue that never gets resolved, it was Towed twice on the side of the road because of the issue of brakes, am honestly just so scared driving it, it happened again on Friday 24 October 2025 and it was towed to Constantia Kloof, am honestly just tired and scared of it now, the car is still under a warranty, there’s weird sounds on the paddles, on the 7th of October 2025 I took it in for service I was told a Shock was being ordered and i will be contacted in 5 working days, to date I never heard anything from them, I need a permanent solution because my car will soon be out of service plan then I’ll be left with a problem that will be costly to me because they failed to resolved it, I need help I feel so hopeless and helpless, am so disappointed because I went for Mercedes Benz to avoid such I regret my decision because it doesn’t come cheap but I don’t drive the car with peace and confidence, I know they will keep the car for days then later tell me everything is okay until the Brakes fail again in the middle of the road am still traumatised by what happened on Friday I almost had an accident
