Cannot get the through Parts department and i need Vehicle keys

I am so frustrated right now. ******s broke into my house in Limpopo and took my vehicle keys (Audi and Mercedes) and some items in the house. I have opened a case for this. Now im trying to purchase vehicle keys from Mercedes and so far its been a mission. the Vehicle is in a garage in Limpopo. I have vehicle papers and all the other documents they need but the Dealer wants to see the vehicle. now i need to incur unnecessary costs from Limpopo since there is no Merc dealer in Makhado. Been trying to call dealerships and once i say parts department the phone just keeps ringing no one wants to assist. Never had this problem with Audi. Im really so annoyed and disappointed right now.
