C250-BLUTEC - 12 tyres in only 50000km and MERCEDES BENZ say it's normal wear and tear - wow, yhoo!

<p>I've given up on these people as they don't seem interested. So many tyres used by their vehicle and they say it's normal, wow.</p> <p>I took the vehicle to Century City for inspection, written email after email to them and Merc SA customer services and phoned them both to explain and get assistance - terrible "don't give a damn" service and attitude. You always have to chase after them - no calls (not even returning your call), no feedback, nothing, get told service manager not available while they are there just eating!</p> <p>They couldn't find anything wrong with alignment as it was always done professionally; they just give you a quote for new tyres and tell you there's nothing more they can do for you.</p>
