Buyers beware - Anyone who thinks Mercedes will take care of them is sorely mistaken

I made the mistake of purchasing a high end Mercedes a number of years ago and now Mercedes marketing think they own me. I, and a group of other disenchanted Mercedes clients, had tried a number of times to escalate our concerns and non existent supprt to the MD of Mercedes, the German business council, who tried unsuccessfully to escalate our issues to the entirely arrogant MD of Mercedes, only to be met with ZERO response. Not even the courtesy of a reply. I have tried to get them to stop trying to sell, market and shove their useless brand down my throat but to no avail! Worst car brand in Africa! If you have an experience anything like me and some of my friends you will be sorry for a very long time. i am waiting for my car to drop below a certain value and then I will publicly burn it on social media to show Mercedes and the world what I think of the brand!
