Building a good car is one thing, looking after customers at dealerships, another!

OK so who won't say that the Mercedes Benz vehicles aren't awesome - they are, undoubtedly, without question! So why two stars? In my experience, your dealerships do not reflect the quality of the car you sell and this is YOUR FAULT. It is one thing to produce a great car, another to ensure that your dealers are as professional as you are. In my own experience (which was beyond dismal) and what is QUITE CLEARLY visible on Hello Peter, this is an obvious weakness. I will never buy another Merc, no matter how great the car is! Your after warranty service is atrocious.
