Bidvest McCarthy - Mercedes Menlyn Totally Unprofessional

I recently bought a 2017 Mercedes B class 220d from McCarthy Mercedes Menlyn, during negotiations I was promised 4 new tires as the ones on the vehicle were worn, only after paying the deposit was I informed by the salesman that his manager would not replace them? The brake pedal cover is loose & falls off, the accelerator cover is non existent this was not considered as a driving hazard. the driver door panel is also loose. These things I can fix myself though the attitude of the staff is appalling, the salesman **** to me on several occasions, didn't answer my calls or e-mails & neglected to provide proper information. I've written a complaint to the branch principal & the used car manager citing the above but thus far no response. Bidvest McCarthy is a huge group I can't understand how Brian Joffe can allow poor service like this to continue
