Bad service received during a breakfown

Before anyone calls me please listen to the recording of the more than 50 calls made to you between 14:30 and 19:30 on Friday 19th ref ***<br> I was given the worst service while I desperately wait d for my car to be towed in the middle of nowhere. Everyone passed the buck. First bad service was received from Mercurius polokwane (Calvin). Then Mercurius Tzaneen (mr Khoza the technician) then the call centre staff who shifted me from pillar to post (Lerato,Boni, ongeziwe, Martha). Come Monday I am sellin my car. I cannot Dea with such incompetence and quiet frankly bad service. This is not what I pay for. Even as I type at 19:44 I am still waiting to be take to a town that's only 80km away. Stranded on the side of the road.
