Bad service of car from mercedes benz m2

I was driving my car on the highway when my mercedes benz A170 died on the highway (M1) after it was taken for a full service on the 23rd of October (yesterday).The clutch did not function and I could not change the gears to move while stuck on a dangerous road.My life was in danger at a well known hijack hot spot.i rushed to the nearby garage for help and have video footage of everything.
