Bad service M2 City , Bad everything

Bought a brand new CLA 250 4 Matic, a few months later engine light and sun roof were faulty took it in Then they fixed it , month later they serviced the car , it came back worse , when you break it leans to the left, engine keeps coming on . Asked them to please ensure the car is safe to drive and fix it properly and asked for car hire they refused. My vehicle stood the whole day until I called them at 4pm yesterday as they had not even worked on my car then I was told I am late then they said I hit a pothole then eventually they call at 4h15 to tell me the car will be ready at 5h30 ....how do I trust that they will repair to the best in under an hour. Got the car back today , dirty, they didn't even have the decency to wash the car. Head office is also not helping. Overall disappointment . I wish I bought another vehicle.
