Bad service from Mercedes Bryanston

I took my car for a service to the Mercedes Benz Bryanston branch on 18 June 2024. I requested a quote for them to take out my rear light to get something out of it. As well as loading Navigation. This was 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for these quotes. I have called numerous times to request this and yet nothing comes through to me
