BAD SERVICE FROM MERCEDES BENZ!!!!!

I took my car in before an oil issue at the Bloemfontein branch.

I had to pay a hefty deposit in order to to have my parts ordered from "Germany". This may take a while I was told, but once the parts arrive it will be done in 3 days. I believed them.

The parts arrived 3 weeks ago. Each time I'm the one that must call for an update. I informed them that i use my car for work. Each week I'm told "next week". Last thing I was told, there was an emergency with another car and the mechanic had to assist - is my car not urgent? They knew when the parts were coming but still made no plans to be ready.

I am so disappointed. I guess some customers are more important than others.
