BAD service

Mercedes customer service is the worst I've ever received,we went to Merc SA after failing to get assistance from the dealer but to this day we're still waiting for a mere phone call from the head office.The Mercedes dealership in Klerksdorp is just full of arrogant managers who treat customers like trash,something must be done about this!!
