BAD SERVICE AT MERCEDES-BENZ SOUTH AFRICA CUSTOMER CARE

On Monday the 19th of April My partner had problems with his V-class and called Mercedes-Benz South Africa to have the car looked at. The representative came and the car was towed. My partner was then informed that he would receive a rental car by Tuesday the 20th of April 2021 at 10:00a.m. It is now 15:23 p.m and they still have not delivered the rental car. This is a huge inconvenience as my partner had to travel to another province urgently.

The problem is that if they weren’t able to give out a rental car they should have said so in the first place. Instead my partner had to wait more than 5 hours now. We are not being informed as to what time we should expect the rental car. This is really bad service and I would not recommend any one to use their services.
