Bad service at mercedes benz Fountains .

Absolutely bad service Booked my car for a service and arranged with them to be dropped off at work . After dropping off my car they tell me that my work is outside their drop-off area...after agreeing to drop me off when I booked. Next thing I'm also asked to make a plan as to how I'm gonna get there to pick up my car later once they are done .... was left stranded for hours while I ran late for work. Was only attended to when I asked to rather take my car to another dealership for the service.
