Bad *********** service and *********. Making them look like ******.

Have complained about problems after car was serviced there saying they changed parts and then finding out they did not do this .telling me they will phone me once they have received parts to complete the service and then never hear from them again. I have phoned more than once saying they are busy and they call back and this then never happened. I then drove there complaining with all off this with the promise of them phoning me back, this also did not happen. They leave me no other option as too think that they are doing this on a regular basis. Charging for services and parts not being received/ rendered. It seems they are to busy to resolve mistakes made by *********** staff. I have addressed this with a manager with no different result, whom was addressing other people with the same complaints. This is very unprofessional expecting more when dealing with a car manufacturer like this and paying for these services I do not recommend this Mercedes Benz garage an in fact thinking not to buy from them again and will share as much as I can after numerous atemts of fixing there mistakes.
