Bad service and **************

Took a car as part of the service in the morning 13/04/2015. Their driver drop me off at Aukcland Park @ my sisters place. I was told that my car will com[lete by 14h00 and around past 3h00pm i called the dealership and asked if my car was complete,I was told that Cluadia will call me back she's on her way back. She called me back around half 3pm and told me the car is complete & she ll call me back in terms of transport arrangement to be fetched and collect my car. After 15 2 20 minutes she called me and told me there is no drivers they can't fetch me, i have to make a plan to come by the dealership or get the car the following day and also told me she'll be knocking off soon as she's using a lift club to go home. After a couple of aguermentss she asked Mr Rooi Dacosta to call me and he also told me they cannot assist me i will be able to get my car the following day. Withno assitant from both parties, the alternative was that they will live my car with car with securities so i can fecth whenver will be able to arrange my own transport to get the car. After all i had to arrange my own transport and manage to get my car at 20H00pm in cummunication with the security guards.
