Bad service

I bought a car X-class brand new from Sandton branch, hardly a week the car refused to start. i had to call them to come jump start it. The whole of festive season i was frustrated by this car. I took it back on the 2nd January, i have been taken from pillar to post. I was given B-class to drive. I was later told that the part that need to be replaced is only in Germany and it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Now i'm paying for X-class but drive B-class and it's affecting my business and running of my orphanage. I get promised call back but i'm the one that calls them back...
