Bad service

My car was towed on Monday,Tuesday morning I received a call from Jurie to ask me what's the problem,I informed that the car had a problem with the starter.in an hour 30 min he told me it has a problem with the steering wheel switch.,He than told me in order for it to be resolved it needs R9000 .The car went in for service I fail to understand why they couldn't pick up this problem as it was for very similar problem. The service is pathetic as they can't even really sit me down to explain to me everything .
