Bad service

Hi. I am really not impressed with Mercedes Benz Bedfordview. I had a breakdown on Friday night at around 7 and was told that a technician would contact me which was not the case. They sent the tow truck instead and I was driven with my 5 year daughter in the front on a tow truck to take us home after I had to ask him. This morning I had not heard anything about my car and was told that Jan would contact me which he did only to tell me that the issue is petrol even though the gauge was on orange. Surely this could have been established on Friday before sending the tow truck. Now I'm told that I'm liable for the towing costs? My email is ********** thanx
