Bad service

<p>they are giving me statements in a format that I am unable to read, I then askes for pdf last month and they said they will send my request to the relevant department, that has not yet happened. i called them today to enquire about my statement and they wont give it to me because they have a wrong surburb for the address where they are supposed to send the statement. Now I AM UNABLE TO MONITOR MY ACC! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!</p>
