BAD SERVICE!

<p>New Mercedes-Benz bought end January 2016. Endless problems. Vehicle has a malfunction and wipers that only work when car is "warm". In workshop for repairs - seven times (and two of them overnight) in seven months. Still have same problems. NO help or proper assistance from East Rand Mall Mercedes-Benz or Mercedes-Benz South Africa. Phone calls and e-mails are ignored! I am 68 years old and cannot drive my car without fear that I might get stuck beside a road when it might start to rain!</p>
