BAD Mercedes-benz Paarl

Mercedes-benz Paarl. I'm sad to do this here, but after 3years and still battling with same issues is unacceptable and after my 10th mercedes-benz I'm driving. I first bought A class which they did not tell me about major repairs and replacement done to the vehicle by them. They then replaced the vehicle with another A class, when I took delivery of the vehicle, as I drove off I saw the aircon was not working, that was the start of issues up to now and some of then still today not sorted. I then get told in some issues, it's common to the A classes, for inatence, the gearbox that is rough and jerky, the front suspension that knocks and is loud, the tyres that makes a noise in the rim, the gearbox that makes a whistle noise and so the list goes on, my question is, if these are known facts, why is it not told to prospective buyer, as per the consumer act? My vehicle would be with them for a few days on a problem, they then let me know they can't hear or find anything wrong, I then ask to test drive with a technician, we not even out of the yard and he point it out to me without saying anything and they end up replacing control arms on a vehicle they said was nothing wrong with. That is one off few similar.incedents. The worst of all is, there in absolutely NO communication, if I don't follow up and call to find out what is going, I'm being kept in the dark. This car went in again yesterday morning, they said they don't have a loan car for me and know the driver of this car is reliant on this vehicle, they did not once call, kept me updated on the status of the vehicle, yesterday at 17:41 I sent a mail when the vehicle was not back yet, asking what's is going on. I had to make urgent arrangements this morning without a 3rd vehicle, as mercedes-benz Paarl don't feel the need to communicate with their client
