Bad experience

At first they lost my booking. Then the shuttle left without taking us and we had to arrange our own transport on short notice. They incurred costs that was not declared to me over the phone after I explicitly asked about the costs when I called their dealership twice before I went there.

I am a massive Mercedes fan, but was super disappointed today
