Bad Customer Service

I am sitting at Mercedes Benz Culemborg in Cape Town. Been here for over 30 minutes and i have had no assistance whatsoever. Another gentleman walked in after me and someone offered assistance. This is realy aweful to say the least. Does one have to be white to get help around here!
