Bad customer service

<p>Mercedes customer standards have dropped to the worst even the ANC service delivery standards are better than mercedes customer service standards. I'm never buying a merc ever again BMW here I come, not once have I received satisfactory service from mercedes stuff (finance). </p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for an urgent cross border letter for my wife; they promised to send the authorisation by 5pm (13/07/17) nothing received, next morning by 8am,they promise to send it by 8.30am, you guessed it right, dololo border letter, 9:30am still nothing, I call them at 10am to find out if maybe they ran out of data to forward the email; no we are waiting for the commissioner, He is not around. ***? are you telling me there is only one person authorising all Merc SA border letters? </p> <p> </p>
