bad attitude and service

We took are car for service and it came back with engine light. We then took it back to be check, it was subsequently fixed. However the car struggle with acceleration, we then took it back for fixing. Now the second service at the place resulted in the car making a noise. We took in for noise diagnoses. We were told what the problem is, however when my wife asked why is that every time we take the car for service it comes back with a problem. The gentleman assisting my wife gave her an attitude plus a letter stating that she must take it elsewhere for second opinion. I need the car to be fixed not a second opinion. We also want to know why are we picking up these minor things that I think should have been picked up. My wife was further advised to buy a new car. This is really unacceptable behaviour from those involved.<br> <br>
