Appalling service from Mercedes Financial Services

After making a settlement on my car Mercedes Financial services have continued to debit my account with the monthly fee despite HOURS on the phone with their inefficient consultants, and despite many MANY emails to prove that the account is settled. Now my credit record is trashed and the irony is no one seems willing or able to help me from their side. FRUSTRATING doesn't even begin to describe my experiences with Mercedes Financial Services.
