Appalling Service

<p>I have never taken my car in at this dealership and not have to return it. This time, they tell me that "the wrong part was delivered". Had to call an Uber to take me there to collect my car because trying to arrange being picked up is always a struggle. You wait a minimum of 15 minutes before you are attended when you go to collect your car. I complained about a service advisor who didn't bother to call me and update me about the car, yet they still insist that I get the same one - I suspect he is the who deals with the smaller cars (dare I say cheaper?). I asked them 2 weeks ago to e-mail me a quote to extend my motor plan - nothing to date. I will never go back there. Ever.</p>
